The Gosport & Fareham MS Group give practical help, professional information and support to anyone affected by MS. We welcome anyone affected by MS to join us in any of our many activities.

We believe that it is important for people affected by MS to not become isolated, so we are really an MS Social Club as well as a mine of information.

Your Team Members

The group has recently been restructured as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Our submission was approved by the Charity Commission in June 2025. The group will be initially managed by four trustees.

Lead Support Officer

Joanne Afonseca offers support to those affected by MS in our local area. If you are struggling coming to terms with a new diagnosis or a change in function, we offer counselling.

Physiotherapy

Specialist Neuro Physio

Our fantastic physiotherapist, Louise, has plenty of experience dealing with neurological issues. We offer one-to-one sessions with Louise to help with mobility.

Health and Wellbeing Grants

If you find yourself in need of further equipment to help with your daily life but are struggling to afford it, we offer grants to those in the Gosport and Fareham area.
